SKY Airline, previously hosted on Enterprise, Radixx’s legacy PSS, migrated to Radixx Res™ to benefit from their web-based application.
“Moving to a web-based platform like Radixx Res has benefitted our airline as we are able to provide access to more agents easily. Training was performed via eight short capsule videos to teach agents how to perform the main transaction.” Said Jorge Mujica, CIO of SKY Airline.
