Steve Harfst, CEO Eastern Airlines commented, “We are excited to join the Radixx network of global carriers. Implementing Radixx’s innovative technology systems will enable us to reach our growth objectives and improve our passenger’s booking and flying experience.”

Eastern Airlines chose Radixx ezyCommerce™ for the modern internet booking engine and Travel Agency Portal features. Radixx ezyCommerce™ is a leading travel e-commerce platform, designed with retailing and merchandizing best-practices at the core. The web-based platform enables increased ancillary revenue, personalized booking flows, and seamless third-party integrations, driving increased sales and enhancing the passenger booking experience. Radixx ezyCommerce™ Travel Agency Portal will enable the airline to expand market reach and decrease distribution costs.

The Radixx Res™ unique merchandizing capabilities, natively built into the passenger system, will enable Eastern Airlines to maximize their ancillary revenue by offering the streamlined sale of value-added services throughout all distribution channels. The modern technology allows for centralized management of all services, enhancing the traveler experience and decreasing overall booking time.

Eastern Airlines selected Radixx Go™, for the system’s ability to reduce operational costs and increase airport mobility and efficiency. Features such as kiosk enabled self-check-in, roaming agents, and mobile bag drop have proven to increase customer satisfaction while streamlining airline’s passenger processing. The state-of-the-art technology is designed to empower agents to better assist passengers during multiple points in their journey through a smartphone application.

John Elieson, CEO Radixx commented, “We are proud to partner with a historic carrier like Eastern Airlines. We look forward to partnering with Eastern to help them continue their growth efforts in South America and to enable them to offer a smooth passenger travel experience.”
