The Job

We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to manage the commercial and operational relationships with our clients. Our Account Managers facilitate and enhance the ongoing relationship with existing customers and serve a strategic function in the achievement of the growth for our business.


Why you might be right

You will have outstanding customer skill as well as advanced sales skills with the ability to work closely with internal & external stakeholders. Ideally you will have 6-12 months account management experience following on from your Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications. You will fit in well with our global 24/7 operations with your team-focused, flexible approach to work, including some evenings & weekend work hours to accommodate your global clients. In particular your customer focus & independent work ethic will be a great asset to you in this role. You regularly create business reviews on site with your clients, so you must enjoy international travel, client focused communications including pro-active problem solving.


Responsibilities

Account Managers facilitate and enhance the ongoing relationship with existing customers. They interact with our key client stakeholders and manage client expectations to align Radixx’s strategic objectives.

You will own the commercial terms, maintenance and support needs, project delivery activities, timelines and project scope and work with your C-level contacts to manage the daily relationship.

You will understand clients' business and market challenges. You will enhance your clients’ understanding on how Radixx solutions can support their business objectives.

You will run all aspects of the commercial relationship including SLAs and maintain appropriate levels of involvement with client issues requiring resolution, including invoices, accounts receivables, and service incidents.

You will also work toward cross / upsell targets within your accounts whilst maintaining highest level of customer standards.


Technical Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, with a proven sales/account management experience within the travel technology space.
  • Fluency in English language skills
  • Additional foreign languages would be an advantage
  • Project management experience a plus
