Radixx is committed to providing airline partners with the very best support available in the industry today. Our team is made up of people who love working with people and have a passion for the travel industry. Many of our team members are from the airline industry and have used the Radixx system as clients, which brings a unique sense of understanding when providing service. From our 24/7 Client Support Help Desk representatives, to our Account Managers, and all the way up to our CEO, Radixx team members strive to make each airline feel as if they are our only client.
In addition to 24/7 phone support from our Client Support Help Desk, Radixx clients each are assigned a designated Account Manager who work closely with airline management to ensure their clients’ needs are met. They focus on everything from minor details to major project implementations. Clients also receive access to our Radixx Client Support Portal (powered by JIRA ServiceDesk) and Radixx Client Knowledge Base (powered by Confluence).
Ease of training is a major benefit for airlines on Radixx products. While Radixx trainers customize training for each airline’s individual needs, the training time for the entire system is a based off a 5-day agenda. Most airlines are able to have their users actively using the system after one week of training. The training team also provides post-go live, ongoing training via free online sessions or in-person, when requested. Training tools such as user guides and interactive product help are available as well via Radixx Extranet.
Radixx has a dedicated team that focuses completely on new, not yet live airlines. This team is made up of experienced support team members who understand the unique needs of airlines during a migration period. New Client Specialists work closely with each airline to determine a custom support plan for their needs.
Radixx International is headquartered in Orlando, Florida, USA and has additional representation in India and South Africa. By centralizing all development in Orlando, the products and services received by Radixx airline partners remain consistent and are of the highest quality. Radixx hosts over 30 airlines across the world in its Tier III/IV Data Centre in Orlando.
